Hire charges for the Stable Block – 1 April 2025  to 31 March 2026

1 Hour use over Lunchtime – £10.00

Evening use for a meeting – £15.00

Half Day (up to 4 hours) – £25.00

Full Day (over 4 hours) – £40.00

Terms and Conditions for Stable Block Hire

Bookings which are cancelled within 1 week of the date of the event will be charged at 50% of the hire fee. Bookings which are cancelled on the day of the event will be charged at the full hire fee. The telephone is for emergency use ONLY The Group Leader must read and comply with the Fire Safety Information document. The room must be left clean and tidy. The room must be left secure and any keys issued must be returned after use. Rubbish is to be put in the outside bin.  Any excess rubbish to be taken away by the hirer. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported when returning the keys, the cost of any repairs will be charged to the hirer. No smoking is permitted inside the building at any time.
